Out here in rural eastern North Carolina we are good stewards of the land. After all, we grow, harvest and deliver delicious sweet potatoes to dinner tables all over the world.
COVINGTON® gourmet vodka is handmade locally from seedling to bottling. It’s expertly crafted in small batches using a combination of traditional and modern distilling practices. Our unhurried approach and varietal selection of locally grown COVINGTON® sweet potatoes costs us a little more, however, it does create truly outstanding vodka.
