Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Instructions

Serves 6 people

Ingredients:

1 – 8 oz block cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup Dukes Mayonnaise, or other high quality mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 shallot, cut into a small dice
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked to your preference and chopped into small pieces
1 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
2 tablespoons and up to 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup green onion tops, thinly sliced for garnish

Combine all the ingredients except the green onions in a stand mixer and mix on low speed until well blended.
Then move to a heavy bottom pot on a low flame and stir until hot and bubbly.
Place the hot dip in a serving container and garnish with the green onions and serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or raw vegetables.
