1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 shallot, cut into a small dice
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked to your preference and chopped into small pieces
1 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
2 tablespoons and up to 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup green onion tops, thinly sliced for garnish

Combine all the ingredients except the green onions in a stand mixer and mix on low speed until well blended.
