Ingredients

  • 1 cup beet root, washed and peeled
  • 1 cup celery, washed and trimmed
  • 2/3 cup Gala apple, peeled, seeded, and quartered
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Half-inch piece ginger, peeled

Instructions

Put all ingredients into juicer. Chill.
