Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (Maple View Dairy)
- ⅓ cup whole fat buttermilk (Maple View Dairy)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries (6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, or to taste
Preparation
Combine ice cream and buttermilk using a blender. Pour into a large measuring cup.
Rinse blender pitcher. Add blackberries and powdered sugar. Puree until smooth. In a large drinking glass, add about ⅓ of the ice cream, then layer half the blackberries, then add another ⅓ of the ice cream, the remaining blackberries, then ice cream. Enjoy immediately.
