Ingredients
- 6 boneless thick sliced pork chops
- 1 cup apple brandy or hard cider
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoons herbs de Provence
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive dish and allow marinating 4 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade and season with pepper. In a large skillet or grill pan cook the pork chops about 6 minutes on each side. Serve with country ham bordelaise.
