Watermelon, Feta and Arugula Salad with Balsamic Glaze

Nothing screams summer more than a salad with watermelon in it. Topped with a balsamic glaze, this salad is perfect for a nice and light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces baby arugula
  • 8 cups 3/4–inch cubes
  • seedless watermelon
  • 7-ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze

Instructions

Arrange arugula on a large platter, then scatter watermelon and feta on top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
