Jay Pierce arrived as Executive Chef of Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen in Cary and Greensboro in November 2006. Jay motors between the two restaurants in his restored Veggie London Taxi chauffeuring fresh local goodies while throwing his shoulder to respecting traditional Piedmont foodways and re-imagining Southern cuisine in general, with respect to the ever-evolving modern palate.
