- 5 ounces baby arugula
- 8 cups 3/4–inch cubes
- seedless watermelon
- 7-ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze
Instructions
Arrange arugula on a large platter, then scatter watermelon and feta on top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
